R.E.T.I.R.E. Discrimination
R.E.T.I.R.E. Discrimination is Digitas Health’s latest Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program providing educational courses, guest speakers, and tangible tools to create a better workplace for everyone. I had the privilege of being on the team that ideated about the look and feel of the program.
We wanted the program to feel modern, bold, and empowering so we used a deep vibrant orange paired with an electric blue to draw attention to all venues communications. Not only am I proud of the message the whole team put together but getting to help create a whole new set of branding from the colors to the font to the style was incredible.
